Terms and conditions

1. The booking
By completing a booking with Arima Experience ("Arima", "we"), you ("the guest") agree to these Terms and Conditions. The person responsible for the booking must be at least 18 years old.

2. Deposit and payment
A deposit of 50% or 100% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking, at the guest's choice. The remaining balance (if a 50% deposit was paid) must be settled before arrival, as indicated in your payment reminder.

3. Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellations 15 days or more before the arrival date: full refund, minus approximately 5% in management and payment processing fees.

• Cancellations less than 15 days before arrival: non-refundable.

• No-shows: non-refundable.

4. Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out until 12:00 PM.

5. Activities
The Surf & Yoga Pack includes surf lessons and guided yoga sessions led by qualified instructors. Participation in these activities involves inherent physical risks. A signed liability waiver is required before arrival as a condition of participation.

6. Minors
Guests under 18 are accepted when accompanied by a responsible adult. Signed parental/legal guardian consent is required.

7. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering sports activities, cancellations, and medical expenses. Arima is not responsible for medical costs, losses, or cancellations not covered by such insurance.

8. Liability
Arima Experience is not liable for injuries, losses, damages, or theft occurring during the stay, except in cases of demonstrated direct negligence by the establishment.

9. Booking modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 days in advance to avoid cancellation charges.

10. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco.
